 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my one and only mentor, who inspired me in owning a blog of my own. I wisher many happy returns, long life and prosperity.
''I can't even begin to explain how happy I feel. I am so grateful! I'm 35 years old today and I have so far been able to do a lot of the things I wanted to do with my life...I've made most of dreams come true. One of the dreams I haven't accomplished yet is being a mum...and a wife of course...lol. Hopefully, that will happen for me soon.

Thanks to my family, friends and all LIB readers for being there for me all these years. Also, happy birthday to every one else born today September 19th. The University of Lagos Engineering Society (ULES), yesterday on 27th of July 2019 holds their annual design competition title PROFESSOR AYODELE AWOJOBI DESIGN COMPETITION (PAADC) 3.0 grand finale. This is the 3rd edition with the first kick starting in year 2017 and the winner won N250k while in 2018, the overall winner went home with N500k and this year, the overall winner went home with N1million The event was educative, inspiring and interesting. The event was held in the honour of Late Professor Ayodele Awojobi, a professor of Mechanical Engineering of university of lagos who died in the year 1984. He was an outstanding lecturer who was an inspiration to us all. The Teams to make it to the final stage are; 1. Team LET ME SEE from Unilag 2. Team FARMASS from Uni Ibadan 3. Team WANTOPRINT from OAU 4. Team EYEGLASS from ABU Zara 5. Team HiVE from Uni Ibadan. LG’s mobile division reports another loss making quarter, revenue down 23%

LG has reported another tough quarter for its mobile division, with revenues for the unit coming in at KRW 2.5 trillion ($2.3BN) in its Q3 2016, 23 per cent lower than in the same quarter in 2015, and a quarterly operating loss of RW 436.4 billion ($389.4M). In its Q2 in July it also reported revenues down year on year, and an operating loss of KRW 153.5 billion ($132.10M). The South Korean electronics firm blamed lower sales of premium devices and “expenses related to business structure improvement activities” as contributory factors to its Q3 results. LG shipped 13.5M smartphones overall in the quarter, with some uplift in North America where it reported a 14 per cent increase in sales from Q2. It says its priorities for the final quarter of the year will include increasing sales of its LG V20 smartphone, as well as putting some wood behind its “mass-tier” K and X series devices.
